Administrative assistance (M / F) is working in close collaboration with the Client providing organizational support for the management of private and professional business, properties, and administrative documents as for social and family life.
He / she is a trusted person evolving at the heart of the Client’s professional and private life. He / she is watching and ensuring maximum discretion and confidentiality
The dedicated functions could vary depending on each situation. Please find here below a non-exhaustive list:

- Managing private and / or professional agenda
- Managing for public figures the press and interviews,
- Organizing private and business trips (e.g. hotel, car, plane, yacht reservation)
- Organizing events (e.g. private party, reception, gala)
- Supervision of house staff and its recruitment
- File archiving management
- Project management of works or acquisition of material goods as a property, a private jet, a yacht
- Processing of mail, fax and e-mail
- Document production, for e.g. reports, presentations
- Organizing and participating to professional meetings
- Key contact to external providers as for e.g. suppliers, subcontractors
- Processing accounting and invoicing
- Management of bank accounts and budgets
