Tax reduction or tax credit
Each year, we deliver to our customers a tax certificate which summarizes all the funds spent over the previous year.
Simply attach the certificate to your tax refund and fill in the tick box provided for this purpose to get the benefit from the tax reduction or tax credit of 50%.
The vote on the 2011 French finance law preserves the 50% tax benefit for individuals using a duly declared personal services business. You can thus benefit from a tax reduction or a tax credit of 50%, within the limit of € 12,000 (of expenditure) per year per taxable household (In application of the clause 199 sexdecies of the General Tax Code). This cap of € 12,000 is increased by € 1,500 per dependent child or ascending over the age of 65, up to a total cap of € 15,000.
You can also use the Cheques for Universal Employment Services (CESU), a personal payment voucher that works on the model of a restaurant ticket. Part or all of this costs is borne by the employer or another organization. You can use them to pay your invoices with no additional costs. With the CESU, you can also get benefit from the tax reduction or tax credit of 50% on the amount remaining at your expense.
